Other Amendments
Amendments are changes made to the constitution. The way they are ratified is listed in article 5.
Amendment 11
Amendment 11 states that people living out of that state can not sue that state.
Amendment 12
Amendment 12 revises the presidential election procedures.
Amendment 13
Amendment 13 makes slavery illegal, except when punishment for a crime.
Amendment 14
Amendment 14 defines citizenship of the United States.
Amendment 15
Amendment 15 prohibits the denial of the right to vote based on race or color.

Amendment 16 allows the government to collect income tax.

Amendment 17 states that senators are voted by popular vote.

Amendment 21 repeals the 18 amendment by make alcohol legal once more.
